Summary: Having to check in at another hotel was inconvenient and not obvious when booking. The stairs needing scrubbing. The cleaner entered the room as he knocked and didn't give me time to say do/don't come in. It would have been good if other pillow options were available as the ones provided were very puffy and high and I couldn't use them, but the motel had no other options.
